From the first visit for inspection and free proposal, the communication was very smooth, Max made sure we received all the required insurance information and paperwork on time. They gave us clear instructions how to prepare our office space and overview on the technology that will be used. Max emailed me before and after photos right after the project was completed, so I was able to see the result promptly. What I appreciated very much was his follow up. Max came back right away after I called to ask him about few lighter spots that appeared on the carpets during the drying process. Note – I had 2 cats and my new tenant was allergic, so the cleaning had to be super meticulous to get all the cat fur out in addition of cleaning and removing Sevier stains Max was fast at responding to my emails and scheduling. Cleaning was to take place on my actual move out day, so I was running like a chicken with no head. But after I showed piero and his crew members what needed to be cleaned, I was able to leave them all by themselves and get back to moving all my stuff to the new place. Piero called me when they were done. They were very efficient. The Carpets was excellently cleaned, no cat hair, and removable stains were all gone! And the new tenant test passed – I have not heard a word from my new cat-allergic tenant!
