This FAQ page provides clear, expectation‑safe answers to common questions about our commercial cleaning services. Every property is different, so we evaluate each project on‑site to determine the safest and most appropriate cleaning methods.


General Service Questions

1. Do you service both commercial and residential properties?

Yes. We provide our specialty cleaning services to commercial properties and residential properties. We do not offer janitorial services, maid cleaning, or housekeeping routine cleaning.

2. What types of properties do you service?

We work with offices, federal buildings, commercial suites, medical offices, retail spaces, educational facilities, fitness centers, residential properties, and other environments that require our specialty cleaning services.

3. Do you guarantee stain removal?

No. Some stains are permanent due to age, fiber damage, chemical exposure, or long‑term buildup. We always aim for the best possible improvement based on the current condition of the material.

4. Do you move furniture?

We do not move heavy furniture, large items, electronics, or fragile objects. Light, movable items should be cleared before service.

5. Do you offer same‑day service?

No. We typically schedule projects weeks in advance. Service availability depends on location, schedule, and project size, and same‑day service is not guar<anteed. If you have an emergency and our schedule allows, we may be able to assist; please note that emergency service rates are very costly.

6. Do you provide free estimates?

Yes. For commercial properties, we provide free estimates by scheduling an on‑site visit to inspect the areas and determine the scope of work. For residential properties, we can often provide an initial estimate based on the information you share; however, every property is different, and final pricing is confirmed upon arrival after we inspect the areas in person to ensure accurate and fair pricing for both sides.

Because every material and surface has a different age, condition, and history, the level of improvement will vary. We cannot guarantee results when the surface is in poor condition, has pre‑existing damage, or has issues that cannot be fully corrected through cleaning.

Carpet cleaning questions

7. How long does carpet take to dry?

Low‑moisture carpet cleaning typically dries much faster than traditional methods. Actual dry time depends on ventilation, carpet type, humidity, and soil level, so some areas may take longer than others. However, because we use a low‑moisture process, most carpets dry noticeably faster compared to hot water extraction or steam cleaning. 

8. Can you clean carpets after water exposure?

Yes—but only after the carpet is fully dried. We can apply biocide, clean, sanitize, and deodorize to help improve overall conditions.

However, we cannot reverse permanent water damage, rust stains, odors that have penetrated padding or subfloor, or structural deterioration.

9. Will cleaning fix worn or damaged carpet?

No. Cleaning cannot repair worn fibers, delamination, ripples, burns, bleach spots, fading, or structural damage. Cleaning may improve appearance, but it cannot restore carpet.

UPHOLSTERY CLEANING QUESTIONS

10. Can all furniture be cleaned?

Most commercial and residential fabrics can be cleaned, but some materials may have limitations due to age, wear, construction, or manufacturer recommendations. We evaluate each item on‑site to determine what methods are appropriate and safe.

11. Can you remove ink, dye transfer, or permanent stains from upholstery?

No. Ink, dye transfer, bleach marks, and certain types of permanent staining often cannot be fully removed through cleaning. We always aim for the best possible improvement, but complete removal is not guaranteed.

Floor‑care questions

12. What is included in VCT stripping and waxing?

We remove old finish and apply a fresh protective coat to help improve appearance and maintain the floor. This service does not repair damaged tiles, deep scratches, cracks, or permanent discoloration.

13. Do you restore tile and grout?

No. We provide maintenance cleaning only. We do not offer grout repair, color sealing, regrouting, or full restoration services. Cleaning may improve appearance but cannot correct structural or installation issues.

14. Can rubber floors be restored to like‑new condition?

No. Cleaning can improve overall appearance and hygiene, but it cannot reverse wear, gouges, heavy equipment marks, or permanent staining caused by long‑term use.

Ultrasonic blind cleaning questions

15. Do you clean blinds year‑round?

No. Ultrasonic blind cleaning is offered only during warm‑weather months to ensure proper drying conditions and to protect the materials.

16. Can ultrasonic cleaning fix damaged blinds?

No. Ultrasonic cleaning removes soil and buildup but does not repair bent, broken, warped, sun‑damaged, permanently water‑stained, or discolored blinds. Pre‑existing damage, including permanent water stains, cannot be corrected through cleaning.

Scheduling and preparation questions

17. What do I need to do before service?

Remove personal items, clutter, and small objects from the areas being serviced. Ensure we have clear access, water, electricity, and parking. For best results, pets and children should be kept away from work areas during service and while surfaces are drying.

18. Do you require a deposit?

Some commercial or residential projects may require a deposit depending on the size of the job, the scope of work, and the scheduling needs. Any deposit requirements will be clearly noted in the written estimate before the project is scheduled. Deposits help secure the appointment, reserve the time needed for your project, and ensure fairness for both sides when larger or time‑sensitive work is involved.

19. What is your cancellation policy?

We require 48‑hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same‑day cancellations or last‑minute changes may incur a fee due to reserved time and resources.

Payment and billing questions

20. When is payment due?

For residential clients, payment is due upon completion of service. For commercial clients, payment is typically due upon completion unless a PO number, vendor setup, or approved billing arrangement is required. All payment terms will be clearly stated in the written estimate to ensure transparency and a smooth process for both sides.

21. Do you offer contracts for recurring services?

Yes — but only for specialty cleaning services such as carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, blind cleaning, and floor‑care services.

These agreements do not include janitorial services, maid cleaning, or housekeeping routine cleaning services.

SERVICE EXPECTATIONS & LIMITATIONS

22. Can you guarantee odor removal?

No. Odors caused by long‑term contamination, moisture, pets, spills, or damaged materials may not be fully removable, especially when they have penetrated padding, upholstery foam, subfloor, or other underlying layers. Cleaning may help reduce odors but cannot guarantee complete removal.

23. Will cleaning make old carpet look new again?

No. Cleaning can improve appearance and hygiene, but it cannot reverse wear, fading, fiber damage, or age‑related deterioration. Results depend on the current condition of the carpet.

24. Do you provide janitorial or housekeeping services?

NO, WE DO NOT OFFER JANITORIAL CLEANING SERVICES. MAID CLEANING SERVICES, OR HOUSEKEEPING ROUTINE CLEANING SERVICES.
