Our low‑moisture carpet cleaning, post‑water‑damage carpet treatment, VCT stripping and waxing, tile and grout cleaning, rubber floor cleaning, and professional upholstery and blind cleaning services are designed to support clean, healthy, and well‑maintained commercial spaces with minimal downtime and reliable scheduling. 


CORE COMMERCIAL SERVICES

Low‑Moisture Carpet Cleaning

Fast‑drying, low‑moisture carpet cleaning designed for commercial spaces that need minimal downtime and quick return‑to‑use.  


Limitations:  

- Cannot remove permanent stains, discoloration, or worn fibers.  

- Cannot reverse fading, bleach spots, or chemical damage.  

- Results depend on the carpet’s age, condition, and previous maintenance.

Carpet Cleaning After Water Damage

Performed only after the carpet is fully dried from water damage. We apply Biocide, clean, sanitize, and deodorize the carpet to help restore a safer and healthier environment.  


Limitations:  

- Cannot reverse permanent water stains, rust marks, or deterioration caused by long‑term moisture.  

- Cannot fix delamination, carpet separation, or padding damage.  

- Results depend on how long the carpet remained wet and its current condition.

Upholstery Cleaning

Professional cleaning for office chairs, conference seating, reception furniture, and fabric panels

.  

Limitations:  

- Cannot remove permanent stains, ink, dye transfer, or sun fading.  

- Cannot fix worn fabric, thinning areas, or structural damage.  

- Results depend on fabric type and existing condition.

VCT Stripping and Waxing

Complete stripping and waxing of VCT flooring to remove old finish and apply a fresh protective coat.  


Limitations:  

- Cannot fix deep scratches, permanent stains, or damaged tiles.  

- Shine level depends on the current condition of the VCT surface.  

- Not a restoration or repair service.

Tile & Grout Cleaning

Maintenance cleaning designed to remove surface dirt and improve the appearance of tile floors.

 

Limitations:  

- Does not include grout restoration, color change, sealing, or repair.  

- Cannot remove deep‑set stains, etching, or permanent discoloration.  

- Results depend on grout age, porosity, and previous damage.

Rubber Floor Cleaning

Cleaning and maintenance for rubber flooring in gyms, studios, and commercial facilities to remove dirt, sweat, and buildup.  


Limitations:  

- Does not include resurfacing or restoration of worn areas.  

- Cannot remove permanent stains or damage caused by heavy equipment.

Ultrasonic Blind Cleaning

Ultrasonic cleaning removes dust, allergens, and buildup from blinds using professional equipment.  


Limitations:  
- We clean blinds; we do not restore them.  
- Cannot fix bent, broken, warped, or sun‑damaged blinds.  
- Cannot reverse permanent discoloration, fading, rust, or previous permanent water‑stain damage.

These factors affect how each surface responds to professional cleaning, which is why we do not guarantee specific results or make promises that may not be achievable. Our responsibility is to inspect each area on‑site, explain what level of improvement is realistic, and use the safest, most appropriate methods to deliver the best outcome possible for its condition. 

SERVICE REQUIREMENTS & EXPECTATIONS

Clear expectations for a smooth, efficient, and professional service experience.


1. Access & Utilities

- The property must be accessible at the scheduled time (keys, codes, or on‑site contact).  

- Water and electricity must be available for all cleaning and floor‑care services.  

- Climate‑controlled conditions are required for proper cleaning, drying, and product performance.  

- If access is not available upon arrival, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a fee may apply.


2. Preparation Before Service

- Please remove personal items, clutter, and small objects from floors and surfaces you want cleaned.  

- We do not handle personal belongings, fragile items, electronics, or valuables.  

- We do not move heavy furniture, appliances, or large items. We will work around them.  

- Parking must be available for our service vehicle.


3. Service Scope & Limitations

- Services are performed according to the written estimate or service plan provided.  

- We do not perform tasks outside the contracted service list without prior approval.  

- Some surfaces may have permanent wear, staining, discoloration, or damage that cannot be fully restored.  

- Results vary based on material type, age, previous maintenance, and existing conditions.  

- We use safe, professional methods and always deliver the best improvement possible for each surface.


4. Cancellations & Scheduling

- A minimum of 24‑hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.  

- Same‑day cancellations may incur a fee due to reserved labor and scheduling.  

- Arrival windows may vary based on traffic, weather, and service duration.


5. Payment Terms

- Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.  

- For commercial contracts, a PO, billing contact, or vendor setup is required before service.  

- Invoices must be paid promptly to avoid penalties and delays in future scheduling.

APPOINTMENT & PROPOSAL PROCESS

Because every business environment is different, we schedule an appointment to visit your property and inspect the areas or items that require service. After this on‑site evaluation, your detailed cleaning estimate is emailed for review. Once approved, we coordinate the date and time for the cleaning to ensure minimal disruption to your operations. 

Service Disclaimer

We take pride in delivering high‑quality, professional cleaning results across all the specialty services we provide. However, many surfaces may have pre‑existing conditions that limit the level of restoration possible. These conditions can include, but are not limited to, deep‑set stains, discoloration, wear, fading, chemical damage, adhesive residue, fiber deterioration, structural damage, or long‑term buildup that can't be fully reversed through cleaning. Because of these factors, results can't be guaranteed for any of our services.

While we always apply industry‑proven methods, professional‑grade products, and specialized equipment, the final outcome depends on the current condition, age, material type, and history of the surface being serviced. Our team will always communicate honestly about what can be improved and what may not be fully restorable.
